Sector : Transportation · NOC 2021 75201

The job

A class 5 delivery driver delivers parcels, parts or goods with a van or small truck that can be driven on a regular licence. They often make many stops a day, deal directly with your customers and must be reliable on schedule.

Main tasks

The profile that succeeds

The delivery driver who stays a long time is organised, punctual and comfortable with customers. They prepare the vehicle the day before when possible, keep the delivery app up to date and call ahead when the customer requires it. They handle parcels as if they were their own and report any damage right away, which avoids disputes later.

What we check

We check licence validity with the SAAQ's public tool, delivery experience (number of stops, type of goods), punctuality with references and, with written consent, the driving record the candidate obtains themselves.

Timeline: depending on the role, usually a few weeks.

How we work

  1. You sign the agreement online and complete the Job Order (role, wage, shifts, requirements).
  2. We search and shortlist, then check experience, required certifications and references with consent.
  3. We present the shortlisted candidates with a written summary; you run your interviews and tests.
  4. You hire directly. Our fee is only due if you hire, and the 90-day guarantee starts on the start date.
