Who we are
Enterpoint Recruiting Agency ("Enterpoint") recruits candidates for permanent positions that employers fill directly. This policy covers enterpointss.ca, our forms, emails and messages.
What we collect
Candidates: name, contact details, city, résumé, trade sought, languages, availability and, as a yes/no only, whether you are legally allowed to work in Canada. We never ask for a SIN, date of birth, photo, banking details or ID document.
Employers: company name, signatory contact details, job information and, when you sign online, the agreement data: reference, timestamp, IP address, browser, typed name, image of the drawn signature and digital fingerprint of the signed text (signature evidence).
Why
To present jobs or candidates, enter into and carry out agreements, invoice employers and answer your messages. We sell no information. We send a candidate’s file to an employer only with the candidate’s permission for that employer and that role.
Who has access and where it is stored
Only the Enterpoint team. Information is stored with our providers: HubSpot (contacts and forms), Google (email and files), Vercel (site hosting) and, when the AI assistant is on, Anthropic (form checking by the Claude AI; data is not used to train its models). The assistant makes no decision: it flags possible errors and an Enterpoint person handles every request. Their servers may be outside Québec. Before communicating information outside Québec, we carry out a privacy impact assessment, as the law requires.
How long
Candidate files: 12 months after the last contact, or less if you ask. Signed agreements and invoices: 6 years after the end of the year they relate to.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, its correction, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to entrepontsmontreal@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Incidents
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
