Permanent recruitment — Warehouse team lead

You hire directly, on your own payroll. We find, check and present the candidates.

Sector : Warehousing and logistics · NOC 2021 12013

The job

A warehouse team lead links management and the floor. They assign the shift's work, make sure orders leave on time, enforce health and safety rules and train new staff. It is often the role that decides whether a warehouse team stays stable or empties out.

Main tasks

The profile that succeeds

The team lead who succeeds is respected on the floor because they know the work, but doesn't do everything themselves: they delegate, explain and follow up. They stay calm when the dock overflows, give direct feedback without humiliating anyone and report safety problems instead of working around them. Their real result shows in team stability as much as in orders shipped.

Usual requirements

Employers usually look for several years of warehouse work, part of it in a lead role, command of the company's WMS or an equivalent system, and good communication in French. Forklift training is often required.
