Enterpoint Recruiting is a global permanent recruitment supplier connecting employers, staffing companies, RPOs, MSPs and international workforce partners with qualified candidates worldwide.

The core does not change: permanent recruitment only. The employer hires directly, on its own payroll, and pays the fee. Candidates never pay.

Five ways to work with us

  Employer → Enterpoint → candidate → permanent hire → fee.
• BAgency or RPO supplier
  Staffing agency or RPO → Enterpoint → candidate → the agency’s client → placement → supplier fee.
• CMSP / VMS supplier
  Enterprise → MSP → supplier network → Enterpoint → candidate.
• DInternational recruitment partnership
  Foreign recruitment company → Enterpoint → sourcing in another market → commission or revenue share agreed in writing.
• ERecurring pipeline
  10, 20, 50 or more repeat hires for the same client: Enterpoint maintains the candidate pipeline.

Global does not mean an office in every country

We work through a network of recruitment partners, job sources, candidate databases and client relationships, always under a written agreement. We are not an employer of record (EOR), a payroll provider or a BPO, and we do not employ workers.

Payment and terms

Business payments only, by bank transfer or through an international payment provider approved in writing. No candidate payments. Before any candidate is supplied, each agreement sets: who invoices whom, the currency, the fee trigger, the commission, the payment deadline, the replacement guarantee and candidate ownership.
