Permanent recruitment — Assembler

You hire directly, on your own payroll. We find, check and present the candidates.

Sector : Manufacturing and production · NOC 2021 94219

The job

An assembler builds products or sub-assemblies from parts, following drawings, routings or work instructions: furniture, equipment, metal or plastic products, miscellaneous goods. Precision and consistency matter more than raw speed.

Main tasks

The profile that succeeds

The assembler who succeeds is meticulous and consistent: they follow the sequence, check their work before passing it on and report a non-conforming part instead of forcing it. They use tools safely and keep the station tidy, which reduces errors. They accept being shown a new method and apply it consistently.

Before you give us the mandate

Usual requirements

Employers generally want dexterity, the ability to read instructions in French, safe use of tools and attention to detail. Some plants require blueprint reading or the use of measuring instruments (caliper, tape).
