Retention and destruction schedule

1. Periods

Application not retained: 24 months after the last activity. Candidate hired by a client: 12 months after the end of the guarantee period. Employer request without an agreement: 24 months after the last communication. Signed agreement and signing evidence: 7 years after the agreement ends. Fraud report: 24 months after closure. Do-not-contact list (unsubscribe): as long as needed to honour your choice, keeping only the minimum (email or number).

2. Destruction

At the end of the period, information is deleted from our systems (CRM, email, files) or irreversibly anonymized. You can ask for deletion earlier: see the privacy policy.
