Personal information governance policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Document no. 57
1. Roles and responsibilities
The person with the highest authority at Enterpoint Recruiting Agency acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information (Law 25, s. 3.1). They approve this policy, keep the incident register and answer access and correction requests. Contact: entrepontsmontreal@gmail.com (subject "Privacy").
2. Information life cycle
We collect only what recruitment needs: contact details, experience, availability, consents. Each item has a purpose, a retention period (see the retention schedule) and a secure destruction method.
3. Sharing with an employer
A profile is presented to an employer only with the candidate’s consent for that specific employer. The employer agrees in writing to use the information only for its hiring decision.
4. Vendors and transfers
Our vendors (website hosting, email, CRM) are chosen for their security. When information is kept outside Québec, we first assess privacy factors (s. 17).
5. Training and review
Anyone who handles information for us reads this policy before getting access. The policy is reviewed at least once a year.
