1. Commitment

We assess candidates against the real requirements of the job. We refuse any employer request based on a ground prohibited by section 10 of the Québec Charter of human rights and freedoms (race, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, age except as provided by law, religion, ethnic origin, disability, etc.).

Our request forms automatically reject discriminatory criteria, and our postings describe skills, not a type of person.

3. Recourse

Anyone who feels wronged can write to us or contact the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse (cdpdj.qc.ca).
