Split-fee co-recruitment agreement

1. Parties

Enterpoint Recruiting Agency ("Enterpoint") and the party identified on the signing form (the "Client" or "Partner"). The full legal identity of the parties appears on the signed copy.

2. Purpose

Two agencies work on one mandate: one holds the client, the other presents the candidate. The fee split is set in writing (by default in equal shares of fees collected) and paid within 15 days of collection.

3. Non-circumvention

Neither agency contacts the other’s client or candidate directly for 12 months.

4. Confidentiality and personal information

Each party protects the other’s confidential information. Candidates’ personal information is used only for the stated purposes, protected under Québec’s private-sector privacy Act (Law 25) and destroyed when no longer needed.

5. Governing law and language

This document is governed by the laws of Québec; the courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction. It is written in French first; the parties have expressly requested that an English version also be available.

6. Electronic signature

The document may be signed electronically; a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed version is kept in the version register.
