1. Assess

Safety (PPE, procedures) /5 · Reading the drawing or instruction /5 · Quality of the result /5 · Reasonable time /5 · Tidiness /5. Write precise observations; the test must be short, supervised and safe.

2. Pay

A test that produces useful work for the business may be paid work under labour standards: check with the CNESST (cnesst.gouv.qc.ca).
