1. Parties
Enterpoint Recruiting Agency ("Enterpoint") and the party identified on the signing form (the "Client" or "Partner"). The full legal identity of the parties appears on the signed copy.
2. Purpose
The recruiter, self-employed, sources and screens candidates for Enterpoint mandates. They follow the privacy policy, code of ethics and the no-fees-to-candidates pledge.
3. Pay
Commission per hire set in writing, payable after fee collection.
4. Confidentiality and personal information
Each party protects the other’s confidential information. Candidates’ personal information is used only for the stated purposes, protected under Québec’s private-sector privacy Act (Law 25) and destroyed when no longer needed.
5. Governing law and language
This document is governed by the laws of Québec; the courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction. It is written in French first; the parties have expressly requested that an English version also be available.
6. Electronic signature
The document may be signed electronically; a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed version is kept in the version register.
