1. Terms

Permanent recruitment: the employer hires the person directly, on its own payroll. Annual base salary: hourly rate × 40 h × 52 weeks, without bonuses or overtime. Guarantee: period during which a replacement is presented at no charge. Mandate: written recruitment request for a role. NOC: National Occupational Classification.
