Electronic messaging policy (CASL)

1. Consent

We send a commercial electronic message only with valid express or implied consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, or when an exemption applies. The consent basis is recorded for each contact.

2. Identification

Each message identifies the sender (Enterpoint Recruiting Agency), how to reach us and how to unsubscribe.

3. Unsubscribe

Reply "STOP" or use the Unsubscribe page. Requests are processed the same day, at the latest within the 10 business days allowed by law. Report spam: Spam Reporting Centre (fightspam.gc.ca).
