Conflict-of-interest policy

1. Principle

We do not present to a client a candidate with whom we have a personal or financial link without disclosing it in writing. We accept no benefit from a candidate or employer in exchange for a presentation.

2. Competing clients

If two clients recruit for the same role, each candidate chooses which employer they want to be presented to.
