1. How we use it

We may use artificial-intelligence tools to draft text, summarize a résumé or prepare a comparison with a job offer. A person always reviews the result.

2. No automated decision

No decision to present or reject a candidate is made solely by automated processing. You can ask a person to review any assessment about you.

3. What AI does not receive

We do not send any SIN, banking details, ID document or health information to an AI tool.
